Love dancing but trying to stay up past 10 is not your jam? Join us for Conscious Club--an early evening "dance club" for those who want to be back at home before 10.
We will open with a short energizing pranayama, to help set up our bodies and breathing for movement, and then we will dance for 1.5 hrs to a high energy set list, live DJ'd by DJ Mud Lily.
We can't wait to get back on the Conscious dance floor with you all!
