Deep-release breathwork uses circular breath to step out of consciousness and explore the mind through a different lens. Facilitator supported, participant led—the breather is completely in control of their experience through the breath.
Building trust to know the self, while surrendering to the process, this breathwork allows you take back control of the things that need control, while letting go of whatever is no longer meant to be there.

Reiki helps the breath to move deeper throughout the body, both channeling and mobilizing energy to help facilitate deeper release.

1 hr of integration—Tea and snacks provided.

Breathwork & Reiki Private Session
During this 60-90 minute journey, you will be gently guided through a deep-release, transformative breathwork session while receiving a full reiki treatment and energy body reading.
These healing modalities are powerful yet gentle accompaniments to each other, offering a deeply relaxing and supported experience.
After the session, you will very slowly return to the space, and we will go over the energy reading together.
We will offer nourishing tea and snacks. This can be offered in our space or yours (this may change the pricing, depending on location)
